This website is operated by St Edwards Fellwalkers. We take your privacy seriously and aim to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
This website does not generally collect personal information from visitors. However, when an online membership application form is made available, we collect the information provided in that form, including name, address, email address, telephone numbers and membership consent preferences.
We use this information to process membership applications, administer Club membership, record consent preferences, arrange membership payment and enter successful applicants into WebCollect, the Club’s membership system.
Application details may be processed using Cloudflare, Mailjet, our Club email provider and WebCollect. A limited audit record, which does not include personal contact details, may also be kept to record the application reference, date, form version and consent choices.
Membership application emails are retained only for as long as needed to process the application and are then deleted from operational mailboxes within a reasonable period.
You can contact us by email or telephone if you choose to. If you do, we will only use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. We do not share or sell your personal data.
This website does not currently use any cookies or tracking technologies.
